At NYNY, every piece is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure the highest quality standards. We kindly encourage customers to review our policy below before making a purchase, as all sales are subject to the terms stated herein.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Return or exchange requests are strictly limited to 3 days from the date the item is received.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

A clear unboxing video is required as proof upon receiving the item

Original receipt or order confirmation must be provided

Item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including tags
Items that have been worn multiple times, washed (including machine wash), altered, damaged, or mishandled will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Requests made after the 3-day return window

Sale, promotional, or discounted items

Items damaged due to improper handling or wear

Colour differences due to lighting, screen resolution, or device display
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the event of:

Receiving a wrong item, or

A manufacturing defect verified by our team
Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, at NYNY’s discretion. Processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on NYNY’s part.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
